Greg Lobberegt has spent much of his real estate career serving the prestigious region of Albuquerque's Far North East Heights known as High Desert.

The boundaries of Greg's area of focus are from Tramway on the west to the foothills of the Sandia mountain range on the east. The north border is at Sandia Heights. Arroyo del Oso, also known as Bear Canyon Arroyo, delineates the southern boundary. Many lots in High Desert back to open space or national forest.

Homes in High Desert are primarily newer, Southwest style construction and at the higher end of Albuquerque's price spectrum. Only a few townhome complexes exist in this area where single-family homes predominate. High Desert has an apartment complex, centrally located.

High Desert borders the Elena Gallegos preserve which offers lovely nature trails and picnic areas. Another recreation trail runs the length of Tramway (north & south) and is ideal for walking, running, biking or in-line skating.
